Our products are individually vacuum packed and quick flash frozen. All meats are shipped in a reusable insulated cooler, packed with a freezer pack, you can use again and again. The insulated cooler is then put into a holiday gift box for further insulation and protection. We are very proud of our new foam packaging and know the recipient of each gift will be delighted with the quality and care given to each and every gift selection.

Shipped Ground Price: Total - this price includes shipping in 1-2 days for States neighboring Texas. Air delivery is not available to those States neighboring Texas.

Shipped Air Price: Total - this price includes air shipping in 1-2 days and is recommended for most all states not neighboring Texas. Please note; during May through September, because of warm weather, residents in states far away from Texas will automatically be upgraded to Air shipping.

- All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and go out on Monday through Wednesday. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

- You will receive a tracking # information via e-mail once your order ships.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Please specify the RECEIVING date you wish for each order in the comments section at checkout. If no date is given, we will assume you wish your order to be shipped promptly.

Write your personal greeting or gift message in the space provided at checkout (limit 130 characters please). Otherwise we will show the senders name as printed on the address label of the order blank.

For your convenience, we accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. (Sorry no COD shipments.)

HOW WE SHIP

Because our products are perishable food items, their condition upon arrival is of the utmost concern to us. To assure quality satisfaction, we now ship all orders via Federal Express or UPS in insulated coolers.

GUARANTEE
We guarantee our products to be top quality and to arrive in satisfactory condition if correct addresses are provided or send it back for a full refund. The purchaser will be charged for the replacement order if the package was undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
