Each gift box is shipped with great care!
Our products are individually vacuum packed and flash frozen to lock in all the natural juices and flavor. All meats are shipped in a reusable insulated foam cooler box, packed with a gel ice freezer pack or dry ice. The insulated cooler is then filled with Styrofoam peanuts and placed into a gift box for further insulation and protection. If sending to someone other than yourself, your gift message will be displayed by the recipient's address. We enclose heating and serving instructions for all products in each box on every order. We are very proud of our packaging and know the recipient of each gift will be delighted with the quality and care given to each and every gift selection.
Gift Ordering Instructions
If sending to someone other than yourself, you may write your gift message or personal greeting in the space provided during checkout. All orders include a packing slip which shows the items ordered and the senders name as provided. Heating and serving instructions for all our products are also included in each box.
Your UPS tracking number will be sent from (firstname.lastname@example.org), to your e-mail address once your order ships.

How We Ship
We guarantee delivery within 1-3 business days following the 'ship date' you select at checkout (weekend days not included). We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via UPS either UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air, according to where you live. UPS makes deliveries for us Mon - Fri. Orders received after Wednesday, or selected to ship on Wednesday, may require shipping the following Monday since UPS does not deliver on the weekends. You may select your 'ship date' at checkout with the calendar. All shipments require a physical street address (we cannot deliver to PO Boxes). View the table below for delivery schedule examples. *Exceptions for Christmas and Thanksgiving day, UPS does not deliver on those days, normal delivery will resume the following business day. We make every effort to ensure your order leaves here on the date you request. Please be advised UPS and FedEx have a large influx of extra holiday package volume which can sometimes cause delays not under our control. We advise ordering early, as opposed to right before the holiday. Our products stay fresh for 2-3 weeks if left in their vacuum packaging, once they have thawed.

Hours are 8 AM TO 5 PM, Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Phone orders are welcome. Please have your order ready before you call; items desired, your credit card and the names and full addresses for your recipients. All shipments require a physical street address (we cannot deliver to PO Boxes). For your convenience, we accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
